1 - The rental programme is operated by Savoy Signature Vacation Club ("SSVC") on behalf of members holding contractual vacation usage periods within the Club. Where a member does not intend to use the allocated period, that period may be made available to third parties through the SSVC platform.

2 - By submitting a reservation request, the guest acknowledges that the stay relates to a vacation usage period made available by a member and that SSVC acts solely as intermediary in the promotion of availability and reservation management.

3 - Once a request is received, the SSVC will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the reservation. If however you wish to have an immediate response kindly contact the Reservation Department, Tel: +351 291 213 541.

4 - 100% of the rental price must be paid to the SSVC in order for a reservation to be confirmed and is non-refundable.

5 - The rental price is the responsibility of the member of the club, the rightful holder of the vacation usage period advertised.

6 - SSVC processes rental payments in the name and on behalf of the member and retains only the applicable intermediation or service fee.

7 - The price includes a self-catering apartment for the dates displayed.

      The maximum occupancy for each apartment is as follows:

      • T0/Studio 2-4 PAX

      • T1/One Bedroom 4 PAX

      • T2/Two Bedroom 6 PAX

8 - The VC will provide the same or similar accommodation to that advertised. Apartments are allocated upon arrival.

9 - Guests must comply with the hotel rules, including check-in and check-out times, occupancy limits, safety requirements and rules governing the use of hotel facilities.

10 - The member acknowledges that making a vacation usage period available for rental constitutes an act performed in the exercise of the member’s contractual usage right within the Club.

11 - The member making the vacation usage period available for rental is responsible for complying with any applicable obligations arising from the rental income.

12 - SSVC acts solely as intermediary and is responsible only for the obligations relating to the intermediation service provided.

13 - By confirming a reservation, the guest expressly acknowledges that the accommodation is made available through a vacation usage period held by a member and that SSVC acts solely as intermediary facilitator of the rental transaction.
