What rights and benefits do I have when I become an owner and member of the Vacation Club?

Let’s review the Royal Savoy vacation flexibility. Apart from the right to use your apartment every year for the time and period that you own, you have the following rights and benefits.

  • Full use of all the resort facilities and amenities.
  • You can use the apartment you own or a similar-type unit at any time of the year, subject to availability and a small internal club exchange fee.
  • For an upgrade fee in a particular year, you can trade your apartment for a larger one, for example, from a studio to a one- or two-bedroom apartment.
  • You can permanently upgrade your apartment, for example, from a studio to a one-bedroom unit, for a one-time upgrade fee.
  • Trade your apartment through Interval International for a unit and time period somewhere else in the world.
  • Rent or lend the unit to others.
  • Sell or bequeath it.
  • Make use of the additional benefits offered by Interval’s Gold Card membership, such as extra Getaway holiday breaks, discounts on travel, weekend breaks, spa and golf exchanges, etc.

For how long do I own it?

This will depend on your type of membership and will be stipulated in your contract. The maximum occupancy is until the end of December 2032.

Once I have purchased my apartment, all I have to pay from then on is my annual fee?

Yes! The annual fee includes maintenance, maid service, utilities, furniture and equipment replacement funds, electricity, insurance, management, etc. In fact, everything that you would expect from the Vacation Club.

Will this annual fee ever go up over time?

Of course, nobody can completely beat inflation. However, we have a long history of running the Savoy Signature, in fact, for almost 100 years, with a sound record of responsible management.

What happens if I cannot make use of my membership in any particular year?

There are several ways in which your membership can be used if this were to be the case.

  • The remaining weeks will accumulate, allowing you to use them later within the contract period.
  • Deposit it with Interval International.
  • Rent it.
  • Let others use it.
  • Bring it forward a year.

 

Can they purchase from the UK?

Yes, they can! We have what we call a mail-away service, which is easy and simple and guaranteed to be secure. A simple telephone call to our offices is sufficient to start the process.

Is there a daily maid service?

Yes! We operate a normal daily hotel maid service, where sheets are changed three times per week and robes and towels are changed as required.

  • For an upgrade fee in a particular year, you can trade your apartment for a larger one, for example, from a studio to a one—or two-bedroom apartment.
  • Permanently upgrade your apartment, for example, from a studio to a one-bedroom unit, for a one-time upgrade fee.
  • Trade your apartment through Interval International for a unit and time period somewhere else in the world.
  • Rent or lend the unit to others.
